Christian DeFilippo (b.1980, Bronx, NY) currently lives and works in Brooklyn, NY. He earned a BFA in painting from the Rhode Island School of Design in 2002. Christian is a painter and has also worked in collage and printmaking. He is a dedicated community gardener and works professionally as a letterpress printer. Both of these fields have an influence on his creative process and approach towards artmaking.
